My class is an intermediate rope class, but can be adapted for all abilities.  It is great for getting fit, gaining strength and increasing flexibility.  It aims to give students a wide vocabulary of corde lisse moves, whilst encouraging them to creative and innovative in their practise.  

Mainly its a great group of people to train with and lots of fun!

Miss Radida is a multi-skilled aerial artist and circus performer based in Bristol, UK...

She has wowed crowds all over the world at corporate events and festivals alike, and is a trained costumier who can tailor shows to any needs. Since living in Bristol, she has worked closely with The Invisible Circus on many productions, including their sell-out sensation Carny Ville.

With a multitude of skills including silks, aerial hoop, static trapeze, corde-lisse, acro-balance, fire-eating, and side show, Miss Radida’s acts are perfect for corporate entertainment, cabarets, festivals, carnivals, circus shows, family parties and street performance. She teaches regular group silks classes at the Island each week, and can also teach parent-child acrobatics with her daughter Tali, very popular at children's birthday parties!
